Chef Poodle and Chef Jan make delicious Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies!
Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1/3 Cup Peanut Butter (Creamy or Crunchy)
1 1/3 Cups Warm Water
*Preheat oven to 350°
– Mix dry ingredients
– Add peanut butter and warm water
– Knead the dough (add flour if dough is too pasty)
– Roll out to 1/4 inch thick
– Use cookie cutters to cut out fun shapes
– Place on non-stick baking sheet
– Egg wash (optional)
– Bake for 40 minutes
– Let cool for 1 hour
