SPECIALISING in providing bespoke dog training for high-profile clients, Protection Dogs Worldwide, based in Hull, UK, is at the forefront of training some of the toughest and most obedient canines in the world. The company’s owner, Leedor Borlant, has spent over a decade training protection dogs that could cost as much as £100,000. He said: “When you’ve got nice things, really expensive cars and houses, you want to protect these things. You need to take all the measures necessary and buying a protection dog is one of the main things you can do.” Leedor has been working with an influential family in Australia that has purchased one of the canines, Demi, out of security concerns. After 18 months of intense training, Leedor and his team are getting Demi ready before she travels across the world to meet her new family. Leedor said: “I’m absolutely sure she will do them justice and look after the family the way she should. The dog is a serious, serious weapon for someone and will protect someone at all costs if needs be.”
