I agree PetMeds is pretty good but impersonal . I used to order my cats food but stopped because while I only have cats, they sent a dog bone treat as a little extra..
I actually prefer Chewy.com as my main cat food supplier because their customer service is superior. They acknowledge loss of our pets and even send flowers.
