This video was actually painful to watch. The lady has no idea what she is doing, all she has to do is grab the collar, twist and lift, and the chances of her getting bit reduce and the dog would slowly calm down, it would also mean she could get away if she really needed to.
Often dog walkers, dog day care owners, have no experience with this type of behaviour so when it happens it becomes disastrous.
Make sure you know who is looking after your dog and make sure you ask them what they would do, in a worst case scenario.
